Movement Challenges & How Does It Work?
1. Daily Step Goal
Starts at 1,000 steps and increases daily. Steps updated via Discord for accountability and will be completed before or after streams! Redeem the reward Daily Step Challenge (+100 Steps) to increase the daily goal today.
2. Community Step Challenge aka MICAHMOVATHON
We build towards a 20,000-step “micahmovathon”. I’ll explore the city + share photo updates in Discord throughout the day. Redeem the reward MICAHMOVATHON (+100 Steps) to increase the steps in this challenge all month long.

What is Movember?
Movember is the only charity that is fighting for mens physical and mental health on a global scale. All money raised goes towards research, education and projects to contribute to these goals and prevent men from dying too young.
